- Ensure all provided content, images, and materials are original or properly licensed
- Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and admin access
Payment Terms and Billing
Payment terms for our web development services:
- Services are billed annually or monthly as specified in your chosen plan
- Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period
- Late payments may result in service suspension or project delays

Service Warranties and Disclaimers

- We do not guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, or search engine rankings
- Website performance may be affected by factors beyond our control (hosting, internet speed)
- Third-party service availability and functionality are not guaranteed
- All services are provided "as is" without additional express or implied warranties
- Browser compatibility is guaranteed for current versions of major browsers
Limitation of Liability
Knockly's liability for web development services is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or losses
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
- Data loss or corruption not caused by our direct negligence
- Third-party service failures, security breaches, or downtime
- Damages resulting from client's failure to backup data
Service Termination
Either party may terminate web development services:
- With 30 days' written notice for ongoing maintenance services
- Immediately for material breach of these terms after 7-day cure period
- Immediately for non-payment, fraud, or violation of UK laws
- Upon mutual written agreement at any time
- Client retains ownership of completed work upon termination
Website Modifications and Support
Service modifications and ongoing support are subject to:
- Plan limitations on included edits, changes, and support hours
- Additional charges for work beyond included scope or revisions
- Approval and scheduling based on current workload and priorities
- Separate agreement required for major redesigns or functionality changes
- Emergency support available for critical issues affecting site functionality
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties as first step
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
- UK courts with proper jurisdiction for legal matters
- Client remains responsible for legal costs if terms are violated
